2011-2012 Goals
By the end of the 2012-2013 school year, Village Elementary Teachers, classroom, consultants, and special areas included, will improve teacher effectiveness, as measured by teacher surveys, APPR’s, and Principal’s Entry Plan. 75% of teachers will be comfortable planning and implementing at least 2 lessons per day based upon the guiding principles of Concept Based Instruction, DI and/or Technology.

During the 2011-2012 school year, the Village Elementary PBIS Team will continue to foster a community of mindful learners through clear and concise communication with students, staff and parent; continue with the implementation of programs that develop and support Habits of Mind; and utilize supporting data to drive student-centered decision making.
